Speaking with one voice


CSU was looking to establish a single source of trusted information that people could use to manage external stakeholders, to professionalise and leverage the existing relationships and foster new connections with the university.

To address the issues, ASG had been engaged to deploy a Salesforce platform for a Stakeholder Management System. At the time, all the stakeholder related activities were being managed in personal diaries, excel sheets, ppt’s and legacy systems.

During the discovery phase I led a series of Design Thinking activities with stakeholders, business users and IT, to ensure clarity of the project intent, alignment within all stakeholders, validation of business needs against user needs, and to identify any additional opportunity.

Even with more than half of the stakeholders being unable to join the activities in person, we were able to successfully run two Design Thinking workshops and eleven users interviews, delivering a final report that gained buy-ins from all stakeholders.
