Uplifting members experience
I joined an agile squad of 6 developers, 2 quality engineers, 1 business analyst, 1 scrum master, 1 product owner, and 1 delivery manager as UX/UI lead for the delivery of MVP2 and MVP3 of the MLC.com.au secured site uplift.
Working closely with the BA and PO to organise the design priorities and to align with the squad timeframe, prioritising tasks and setting expectations for the stakeholders.
Continuously reviewing and iterating designs following internal reviews with the design team and customer testing results.
During the 18 months I have stablished strong collaboration with developers and quality engineers to successfully deliver a simplified design that ensured minimum development effort, brand alignment, and improved customer experience.
