Super to pension

MLC wanted to provide their existing customer with the option to seamlessly transition, from a Superannuation account to a Pension one.

To do so, they had identified the need to design an application form accessible within their secure site.

I was brought in as a part of the design team to validate existing research and customers needs, identify any gaps and new opportunities, and design the new member experience within the members' secured site.

Through various activities, including discovery workshops, business SME's interviews, customer focus groups, and constant collaboration with the in-house design team, and the product owner, we delivered user journey, a set of high fidelity wireframes and a clickable prototype.
